Macaroni with broccoli sauce

A different way to eat broccoli with pasta, make it sauce!

 500 grams of broccoli
 180 grams of penne pasta
 1/2 onion
 5 mushrooms
 50 grams of of evaporated milk
 olive oil

Cut the broccoli into florets and steam it 5 minuts. Reserve


Boild the pasta


A the same time; cut the onion into small pieces and slice the mushrooms. We put them in a pan with olive oil to cook


When they are already almost made, add the evaporated milk and let a minute cooking.


Then add the broccoli and crush all with a fork until a dough. We mix all well and we will have the sauce.


Finally, we serve the sauce over the pasta and... it's ready to eat.
