A very easy way to start a healthy meal

 100 or 200 grams of fresh broccoli per person
 Virgin olive oil

Separate the broccoli florets. If one is too large, cut it into two so that it cooks evenly. Place the florets onto a hot grill, covering them with a lid. After a few minutes of cooking, turn them over and leave them until they are cooked, depending on the heat coming from the grill, so that they are cooked but still al dente. Add plenty of hot olive oil. Add salt and pepper, and serve both hot or cold, to taste.
