Oriental recipe: cous ocus with broccoli
Wash and cut the pella of broccoli into florets. In a saucepan bring water to boil and enter the broccoli, season, boil for 3 minutes and drain.
In another ladle to set 250 ml of water to boil (this one measured can change according to the used cous cous, we recommend to continue the instructions of the packaging) with a pinch of oil and salt. When the water is boiling, to extinguish the fire and to introduce the cous cous.
While the pasta is hydrated we cut the tomato in dice and we it mix with the broccoli
Stir well and add the pasta of cous cous already hydrated. Stir and add the peeled pipes.
To give it the final touch, we recommend adding some mint leaves
