A simple starter to stave off hunger

 1 cup of broccoli florets
 1 large tomato cut into eight wedges
 2 tablespoons of grated curd cheese
 Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all the ingredients in a small dish. Season to taste and cover. Bake the broccoli until it is cooked.
