Broccoli with tamarind vinaigrette

You can't spoil a salad with tamarind juice
1/2 pound of broccoli
1 tablespoon of salt for cooking the vegetables
Ingredients for the vinaigrette:
One chopped onion
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1/2 cup tamarind juice concentrate
1 tablespoon of white vinegar
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 cup of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Chop and wash the broccoli. Boil a pot of salted water.
When bubbling, add the broccoli and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and strain.
Mix all vinaigrette ingredients well.
Sprinkle over the fresh vegetables.
