1 piece of broccoli
1/3 cup Sesame tahini
2 tablespoons of Brewer's yeast
1 tablespoon of mustard
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
A pinch of ground pepper
Cut and cook broccoli into the micro for 3 or 4 minutes.
To fry slightly the zuchini
Add all ingredients in the blender.
To beat with the mixer or Thermomix.
Allow to cool about 30 minutes and serve
