 Broccoli or any other type of green vegetables
 Sea salt

In order to retain all their nutritional qualities, it is best to cook vegetables whole or cut in half. Boil some water, add a pinch of sea salt and the vegetables.


Boil over high heat without a lid for about 4 minutes.


Remove the vegetables from the heat. Then wash with cold water, drain them, cut them into small pieces and serve.
