Hi, I’m Broccolin and I’m the perfect super-vegetable for your kids!

They call me the superhero of the vegetable world because I’m rich in lots of nutrients, like vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, C, E, and K, and minerals like phosphorus, manganese, iron, magnesium, potassium, zinc, and calcium. I also help prevent certain types of cancer, and diabetes, heart disease, and vision and bone disorders.

I’m bright green, and I’m best to eat from October to April, but I’m good all year round. I love being in the fridge, chilled between 0 and 4 degrees, but I always like to be covered with a plastic wrapping.
