BROCCOLI WITH SCRAMBLED EGGS BACON TOMATO AND TOASTED BREAD


Ingredients:

Broccoli
Bacon
Tomato puree
1 or 2 Eggs
Olive oil
Toasted bread cubes.



Elaboration:
Cut bacon in small squares and fry in olive oil, incorporate tomato puree and keep frying. Prepare scrambled eggs and incorporate the tomato puree with bacon over the eggs. Toast the bread and cut into cubes. Present the sauce on a dish and place the cooked broccoli and bread cubes above.
