SAUTE OF BROCCOLI WITH HAM, PINE NUTS AND DRIED GRAPES


Ingredients:

Broccoli
Serrano ham
Dried grapes
Pine nuts
Olive oil



Elaboration:
Cut the ham into thin stripes and gently deep fry. Incorporate the raisins, pine nuts and the broccoli, finely fry until golden.
